Small Tree Service in Gresham
The right cut for the trees in your yard
Most of the trees around a home are small: Japanese maples, dogwoods, fruit trees, arborvitae, laurel hedges and shrubs that have outgrown their spot. That is the work we do. We prune for health and shape, thin crowded canopies, raise low limbs over walks and lawns, and remove small trees that are dead, in the wrong place or crowding the house.
We stay under about 25 feet. If you have a big fir, cedar or maple that needs climbing or a crane, we will say so and point you to a tree company that specializes in it rather than pretend.

Small Tree Service questions
Straight answers about small tree service in Gresham. Have another question? Call (503) 347-4463 or send the form and Luis will get back to you.
Ask a questionWhat size trees do you handle?
Trees up to about 25 feet tall and anything you would call a shrub or hedge. Above that height you need a climbing arborist crew, and we will refer you rather than take a job we are not set up for.
When is the best time to prune trees in Oregon?
Late winter for most deciduous trees and fruit trees, right after flowering for spring bloomers like rhododendrons and lilacs, and early summer for hedges. We can prune out dead or hazardous limbs any time.
Do you top trees?
No. Topping ruins the structure and causes weak regrowth. We reduce height properly by cutting back to lateral branches.
Can you remove a small tree and its stump?
We remove the tree and cut the stump low. Stump grinding can be arranged as part of the job so the area is ready for lawn or planting.
Do you also do hedge trimming on a schedule?
Yes. Many of our lawn care customers add one or two hedge trims a year so everything stays sharp.
